What motivates you?
I was drawn to women’s health physiotherapy because so many pelvic floor concerns are still seen as taboo or simply “part of being a woman.” While these issues are common, they should not be something women feel they must accept, especially when they can impact confidence, work, relationships, sport and overall quality of life.
I am passionate about helping women feel informed, supported and empowered through all stages of life, from postnatal recovery to menopause and beyond. The care we provide can be genuinely life changing, allowing women to return to what makes them them, whether that is running, working, parenting or simply feeling comfortable in their own bodies.
I have a particular interest in return to exercise, helping women rebuild strength and confidence safely and sustainably.
Outside of The Studio...
You will usually find me outdoors making the most of life in Sydney, trail running, hiking, sailing, climbing, surfing or snorkelling whenever I can. Originally from the UK, I love living close to the beach in Manly and escaping to the Blue Mountains on weekends for fresh air and adventure.
I am currently training for the Melbourne Marathon, so much of my free time revolves around running trails, exploring new places and chasing that post run pastry.
Favourite exercise?
The Bulgarian split squat, my favourite and least favourite for keeping me strong and injury free for running.
