What motivates you?
Whether you're new to pilates or a seasoned mover, I love meeting people wherever they are on their journey. I'm passionate about building real, functional strength while maintaining beautiful form and alignment. A big part of what drives me is empowering clients and making strength-based exercise feel less intimidating.
I'm known for being hands-on. If your alignment is off, I'll be there to guide you into the right position so you can truly feel the exercise. Those "ah-ha" moments (or the "are you for real" looks) when a client finally feels the full power of an exercise are what it's all about.
Outside of The Studio...
When I'm not at the Studio, I'm probably lifting weights, throwing punches at boxing, swimming laps in the pool or dipping in the ocean. Still searching for a hobby that involves sitting down, though being a serious foodie might count. Good food, good wine, good company. That's my happy place (expect happy hands when the food hits right).
I've also got a serious green thumb and a growing indoor plant collection. Clients often spot me tending to the ones in the mezz between Strong classes.

Foam roller swan. Nothing beats a good back extension!
