What motivates you?
I originally stepped into Pilates for some peaceful ‘me time’ but something shifted in my body – I felt stronger, more energized and connected to my body after every class in a way I hadn’t felt before. What started as a hobby turned into a passion (ok...obsession). I didn’t want to just do the movements, I wanted to understand, master and teach them so I could share that feeling with others – the mix of strength, control and confidence that keeps you coming back.
I am driven by the people in my room. I thrive on seeing clients realise they’re more capable than they thought and watching their endurance and mindset change every class. My goal is to create classes that are challenging but fun to encourage and empower clients to walk out of class feeling good and having a laugh with others.
Outside of The Studio...
When I’m not chasing my two gorgeous boys at the park, you’ll find me dilly-dallying at a cafe or wandering through the stores, indulging in some self care at a salon or enjoying a glass of wine (or three) while yapping with friends about the latest reality show. Otherwise, I’m usually deep in the kitchen cooking up meals and experimenting with new recipes and snapping photos to friends.
