Myotherapy/massage found me through sport. Growing up in a very
sport-focused family meant injuries, recovery and performance were
always part of the conversation. My brother represented Australia in
freestyle wrestling and seemed to have a talent for picking up new
injuries, which sparked my curiosity about how the body works and how it
heals.
After sustaining a complex shoulder injury myself, that curiosity became a
passion. Experiencing the recovery process firsthand gave me a real
appreciation for how frustrating pain and movement limitations can be.
What motivates me most is helping people get back to doing the things
they love, whether that’s returning to sport, keeping up with their kids, or
simply moving through daily life with less pain and more confidence.

Outside of the studio you’ll usually find me planning my next travel
adventure or searching for a great place to eat. I love exploring new
destinations, trying new restaurants and sharing long meals with friends
and family - ideally with plenty of laughs involved!
Movement and sport have always been part of my life, so I still enjoy
staying active, balanced these days with good food and even better
company.
