What motivates you?
My movement journey began with dance, training across a variety of styles that shaped my understanding of rhythm, posture and the way the body moves with intention. Pilates entered my life at around 13 and quickly became the practice that strengthened, grounded and supported me through each chapter that followed.
In my classes, I aim to create that same experience for others. Expect thoughtful sequencing, musicality, and controlled movement delivered with warmth, a bit of fun (sometimes a dance move or two), and an emphasis on leaving you feeling taller, stronger and more connected to your body.
Outside of The Studio...
Life outside The Studio is full, lively and centred around my three children. When I find a quiet moment, I gravitate towards anything wellness-related: exploring different studios, taking pilates or yoga classes across Sydney, and giving myself space to reset, breathe and feel inspired. Movement has always been my way of re-centering, and it continues to guide both my personal and professional world.
Favourite exercise?
A bird dog burner that lights up every stabiliser and leaves you feeling centred, strong, and just a little surprised by your own power.
