What motivates you?
I found my passion in pelvic health and I love working in this specialty because it allows me to address concerns that often go unspoken. Bladder and bowel dysfunction, prolapse, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction can profoundly affect quality of life, and I believe these sensitive issues deserve to be met with genuine care, compassion, and clinical expertise. I am committed to ensuring every patient feels heard and validated, and I believe that high-value care is only achieved through thorough, individualised assessment and treatment. Being able to make a meaningful difference to someone’s quality of life and support them in achieving their goals – however big or small – is incredibly rewarding.
I am also passionate about education and supporting the next generation of pelvic health physiotherapists. I tutor on the Australian Physiotherapy Association’s Women’s Pelvic Health courses and provide mentoring to physiotherapists as they begin their journey in pelvic health.
Outside of The Studio...
Originally from WA, I’ve always loved being near the beach. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family – soaking up the fresh air and sunshine, being by the water, enjoying a good coffee, and chasing after my two energetic young boys.
Favourite exercise?
Squat – because I believe functional movement matters most!
