What motivates you?

I have always had a passion for health, fitness and well being which initially led me to undertaking degrees in nutrition. My motivation has always been to help people live healthier and happier lives which I previously fulfilled as a health coach and working in digital healthcare. I missed building connections with people in person once my role took a more corporate angle, which pivoted me to training as an instructor after years of practicing pilates. I believe finding a form of movement that you enjoy is one of the most important elements of a healthy lifestyle. As a pilates lover I hope to bring that joy into other people’s lives, to make each person feel their best.


Outside of The Studio...

You’ll find me walking, absolutely everywhere and anywhere, it’s my second favourite form of movement (after pilates of course!), whether it’s a hike or simply just exploring somewhere new. Otherwise, I’m at the beach reading my kindle and watching the waves.
