What motivates you?
I’m driven by the goal of becoming the best version of myself – not through extremes, but by building consistent, healthy habits that support both body and mind. That same mindset is what I aim to bring into every class I teach – helping others feel strong, balanced, and empowered in their own skin. This passion for sustainable wellbeing is what led me to study dietetics, where I’m learning how to support others more deeply through food, education and a holistic approach to health.
Outside of The Studio...
You’ll find me testing a new recipe, doing a coastal walk with friends, or planning my next travel adventure (preferably somewhere coastal). I’m happiest when I’m moving, creating, or sharing good food with the people I love.
