I want to have a lasting impact on the people I teach. My goal is to help others feel comfortable within their bodies, empowered by their bodies, and proud of what their bodies can do. I believe that a strong mind-body connection is the foundation of health and longevity. I also want to empower more women to not be afraid of being strong and to move in a way that goes beyond the aesthetics.
I love music, especially going to music festivals. Balance is key to me! I also love strength training, mixed with Pilates and high intensity cardio. I used to be a professional cross-country runner, so I am no stranger to discipline and routine.
