Join us for a practical, Physio led workshop where Physio’s Bec and Abby will first up take you through a class, incorporating all the essential movements and exercises to support a peri and menopausal body. Then, sit back with refreshments as the team provides valuable education to support you through this season of life.
We will help you to understand why you might feel the way you do (mentally and physically) as you progress through your 40s and 50s, the exercises you should be doing and how. We will explore all the taboo topics others may not be brave enough to tackle - ‘what on earth has happened to my pelvic floor and what can I do about it??’, How to avoid life altering injuries that typically strike at this time..basically the why, the how and the what the heck!
