A morning for the mums!

Let’s talk beyond the bubble!

There's no shortage of information floating around about pregnancy, birth and the early postpartum period…but what about once we emerge from the bubble?

The food deliveries and coffee drops dry up, we start to feel ready to move with intention and our rapidly growing baby demands more and more from us - both physically and mentally! How do we sufficiently (and practically) fuel ourselves? How do we safely and satisfyingly get back into exercise? And how do we avoid the dreaded baby wrist, mum thumb and back ache from lugging, transferring, feeding and all the rest?

Enter the professionals…

We have gathered together the experts for a morning session, providing you with a stack of golden information - making YOU the main character (or at the very least equal lead role alongside that little cutie/s).

Join us for a warm, welcoming and relaxed morning and hear from:
