How does the Waitlist work?
Feel free to jump on a waitlist if a class is fully booked. Please keep in mind the waitlist remains active right up until classes commence so if you will no longer be able to accept a spot in class please remove yourself from the waitlist.
If you wish to waitlist for class please ensure you have your notifications turned on under settings in your online account/mobile settings. You will receive an email and a text which will ask for a response to confirm your spot in class (if you deny a spot within 12 hours of class this is considered a late cancellation so don’t forget to remove yourself from the waitlist)
If you fail to confirm a waitlist booking within 12 hours of a class commencing, this will be treated as a late cancellation.
Do you have Feedback?
We wish to provide the best possible service to our local community and welcome feedback about our classes and schedule. Feel free to drop us an email with your thoughts/suggestions.
What is your cancellation Policy?
Our early cancellation window for classes is outside 12 hours. If you cancel within 12 hours of a class booking
you will incur a late cancellation fee (loss of a class if using a class pack or $20 if on a Studio membership).
We keep our class sizes small to enhance client experience so require policies such as this to keep the business going and to create a fair system for all. If you need to cancel a class please do so online or via our personalised app. We do not accept late cancellations over the phone or email. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
