Kay has over 10 years experience as a Physiotherapist from working in the UK NHS setting completing a number of rotations including paediatrics, neurology and cardiorespiratory. Kay then followed her passion for sports Physio and began working full time with the GB Winter Olympic team, travelling in this role for a number of years. Since moving to Australia in 2014 Kay has worked with Hockey Australia, Australian Sailing and Equestrian and currently works with the Giants AFLW team all while continuing her development as a Physiotherapist and working in private practice and teaching Clinical Pilates.
Kay has a passion to get people moving whether it be back to a sport they love, working towards a new challenge, trying exercise for the first time or exercise during and after pregnancy. Her areas of special interest are adolescent injury prevention and rehabilitation, neck injury rehabilitation and concussion management. Kay is a trained GLAD practitioner and tutor providing education and strengthening for people with hip and knee arthritis.

Outside clinical work Kay is a tutor on Sports Medicine degrees, Mum to Matilda and Rory and when she finds time can be found exploring new corners of Sydney through running, power lifting and eating delicious food (new restaurant and recipe recommendations always welcome!).

Romanian Dead Lift (don’t forget the hamstrings!)
