Jes first discovered Pilates in 2016 when living abroad. She was recommended she give it a try to help manage the troubles she was experiencing due to her scoliosis. This was a huge success with her new practice dramatically reducing her symptoms with plenty of positive flow on effects on the mind, body and her everyday movements.
Jes has always been drawn to the fitness industry and gets a real buzz from helping people feel good with increased confidence in their bodies!
In 2020, whilst in lockdown and feeling unsatisfied with her job, Jess decided to take her love and passion for Pilates and turn it a career path and has loved every minute of learning and teaching since!
