I’m Tina!
So a little about me… Like many of us, I spent years on NO PAIN NO GAIN bootcamps and after about the millionth injury, I thought I’d try something different so started Pilates as a hobby, not necessarily for fitness but more for a little ‘me-time’. After every class I felt a little more accomplished and a lot more energised, both physically and mentally. This hobby soon turned into a passion and from there it’s become what some may call an ‘addiction’. Not satisfied with just practicing the movements, I needed to perfect the movements. I wanted to study and become a teacher so that I could share what I love with others. I completed my Certificate IV in Mat and Reformer Pilates with Breathe Education and now I empower my clients to move their bodies mindfully. I get so proud seeing my clients get better and stronger every class.

My favourite exercise would be any kind of tabata – jumpboards, hundreds, knee tucks! Getting the heart rate up for twenty seconds of hard work then a ten second breather – love it! See you in class and don’t forget – we got this!
