Rosy graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) from Curtin University and spent her early years as a Physiotherapist working and travelling around her home state of WA. Lucky for The Studio team Rosy relocated from Perth to the east coast. Having previously worked in both regional and metro areas, Rosy has gained experience working with many different populations, include; elite athletes (specifically the West Coast Eagles), geriatric, paediatric, pre/post natal women, and orthopaedic.
Rosy is very goals driven and enjoys working with her clients to get them back to doing what is important to them. She practices with a holistic, evidence based approach and uses a combination of treatment techniques, with a strong focus on incorporating movement and loading that fits into her patients lifestyle. Rosy has completed further training in Clinical Pilates, Women’s Health, and dry needling.
Rosy loves adventure and is a bit of a thrill seeker; from skydiving to open water diving (and everything in between) she is up for giving anything a go! On the flip side, Rosy also very much enjoys restorative yoga or sitting down with a cup of tea, a good book, and some choccie!
