Clinical Exercise

Having graduated from Curtin University and spending a couple of years working and travelling around her home state of WA, Rosy has recently relocated from Perth to the east coast. Previously working in regional and metro areas, she has gained experience working with many different populations, include; elite athletes (specifically the West Coast Eagles), geriatric, paediatric, pre/post natal women, and orthopaedic.
Rosy is very goal driven and really enjoys working with her clients to get them back to doing what is of value and importance to them. She takes a holistic, evidence based approach and uses a combination of treatment techniques, with a strong focus on incorporating movement and loading that fits into their lifestyle. Rosy has completed further training in Clinical Pilates, Women’s Health, and dry needling.

Rosy loves being adventurous and is a bit of a thrill seeker, from skydiving to open water diving (and everything in between) she is up for giving anything a go! On the flip side, Rosy also very much enjoys restorative yoga or sitting down with a cup of tea, a good book, and some choccie!
