Georgina grew up in the Inner West and completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at The University of Sydney. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. Georgie has also gained extensive experience as a Pilates instructor and in the fitness and strength and conditioning industry.
Georgina is an enthusiastic and passionate Physiotherapist who adopts a holistic and evidence-based approach. She believes that movement is medicine and will empower you to take control of your life in order to be the very best version of yourself. Georgina is passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
Georgina was inspired to become a Physiotherapist during her early years playing sport and later in adulthood whilst discovering new ways to stay active. She has seen and experienced the transforming and powerful effects of Pilates and Physiotherapy management firsthand.
Georgina has a strong interest in Women’s Health, Pilates and exercise prescription, musculoskeletal injuries in general and returning to sport post injury.
Georgina practices what she preaches; she lives a healthy lifestyle and is always seeking to inspire those around her. When Georgina isn’t working, you can find her in a Pilates or Barre class, lifting weights, reading a book by the beach, enjoying the company of her friends or finding the best long black in the Inner West.
Favourite exercise: The bridge - with a booty band of course! Gets the glutes firing every time.
