Women's Health, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist & Clinical Pilates
Caity grew up Newcastle where she completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. After graduating Caity went on to work at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Dubbo Base Hospital, where she practised in various areas including intensive care, cardiothoracics, outpatients and aged care.
Inspired by her previous years as a competitive gymnast and having coached gymnastics for many years, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy became Caity's primary area of interest during her time working within the hospital and now private setting. Caity has also developed a strong interest in Women’s Health Physiotherapy completing further education to build on her knowledge and skills.
Caity has a passion for exercise and healthy living and really believes in the link between Pilates and physiotherapy. She enjoys the holistic approach to rehabilitation that Pilates brings, and loves the melding of strength, stability and flexibility.
Anything glute focused! I love the challenge of a single leg glute bridge – core and pelvic stability with an emphasis on hamstring and glute strength.
