Alli is an exercise physiologist who loves AFL, going out for brunch, keeping active and having a boogie. After graduating with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of Sydney in 2016, she has predominantly worked with people living with neurological disorders and intellectual disabilities.
After first trying Pilates, Alli quickly saw the effects that taking regular classes had on her posture, strength and stability and hasn’t stopped since. She is consistently inspired by the versatility of Pilates and how it can be adapted to suit all body types, injuries and pregnancy. Alli's love of Pilates lead to formal training in mat work and reformer Pilates.
Alli has recently commenced Post Graduate Studies at UTS in Physiotherapy.
